OPEN BORDERS SUMMER OF MUSIC AND ART
After the closing of a Borders bookstore, Larry Janss — a well-known property development mogul in Los Angeles, California — decided that the 40,000 sq. ft. vacant property must not go to waste. Out of his vision, quickly came a facility for Open Borders Summer of Music & Art. Described as, “the most eclectic local fest in the Southland,” by The Los Angeles Times, the venue featured over 25 acts and gained tons of press coverage.
